Click here if you're a Renton, WA resident or live close and are interested in taking Meditation 101 in-person at the Renton Community Center. This course is offered at a discounted rate for residents. Multiple times and days of the week are offered for this four week class each month. One 45 minute class, once a week for four weeks.
